Help: How do I use BookRabbit?

Your account details

You don't have to register to shop with BookRabbit.

You can simply add your items to the basket and purchase them using PayPal. Please note that PayPal requires that funds be debited immediately upon purchase. If you pay by debit/credit card no monies will be taken from your account until we dispatch your item(s).

Alternatively, you can go directly to the checkout and pay using your debit/credit card.

However, if you register and set up a shopping account with BookRabbit your order history, card details and dispatch details and tracking information will be available via your My account page.

The details you enter on this page are are secured and encrypted and we will only ever use them to keep you up-to-date on the progress of your order. Please see our Secure shopping pages for more details.

Any other communications or notifications will be made based on the details you supply on your My profile page.

Contacts

Click the View/edit contact details link on the My account page.

Any contact details you enter will be displayed and editable from here.

Please check that these details are accurate and up-to-date as we use them to inform you of the progress of your order. These details will only be used for communications regarding your shopping activities on BookRabbit.

Delivery options

In this section, you can manage multiple delivery addresses.

When adding a new address, complete the form as indicated. If you wish to set an address as your default delivery location please tick the appropriate box.

You can manage any of the addresses you have entered by clicking View/edit existing delivery address

Billing

If you wish, we can store your credit/debit card information. There is no limit to the number of cards you can add to your BookRabbit account.

All your personal information is securely stored and encrypted. Please see our Secure shopping pages for more details.

When adding a new credit/debit card, complete the form as indicated. If you wish to set a default credit/debit card please tick the appropriate box.

Please note, the address entered here must match the address at which the card is registered.

You can manage any of the addresses you have entered by clicking View/edit existing billing details

Tracking

Click the View order history link for information on any of your orders.

If you wish to cancel an order please email contact customer services or telephone the team on 01932 460011 (Monday to Friday: 9 am til 5 pm).*
