Delivery information

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £10. Sorry, we cannot currently offer delivery outside of the UK.

The following delivery estimates are based on items in stock and ordered before 3 pm GMT.

Where's my order?

You can track your orders Here. You will need to enter your order ID and the email address you entered when the order was made. If you made your orders when logged into your Bookrabbit profile, you can check your complete order history in your profile page.

Standard UK shipping (Royal Mail second class):

Royal Mail quotes up to three working days for delivery (after dispatch) although items may arrive sooner.

First Class post:

Royal Mail quotes delivery on the next working day after dispatch (including Saturdays). However, please note that dispatch via this method does not guarantee next day delivery.

Next day delivery:

Orders for titles in-stock will be dispatched the same day via a range of couriers including the Royal Mail next day special delivery service.

Items for next day delivery before 1 pm should be ordered before 3 pm (Mon - Thurs). Orders placed on a Friday will arrive the following Monday. Sorry, this service is unavailable at weekends.

For titles not in stock:

Please check availability of your titles on each title's product page. If your order is time sensitive please contact us on 01932 460011 and we will endeavour to provide a more specific dispatch date.
