If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) please return within 28 days of receipt.
To return you item(s) please use the Freepost sticker attached to the invoice/dispatch note we send with each order.
Please tick the correct reason for return using the boxes indicated, place the sticker on the front of the envelope, enclose the invoice/dispatch note that came with the item(s) and re-seal the package securely.
We may refuse to accept items returned more than 28 days after they have been delivered to you.
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged you can return it for a replacement without affecting your Statutory Rights.
