Hi Shirley,

If there isn't currently a cover on the site, there will be a "Add missing cover image" link underneath the placeholder image. Simply click this, and then click the "Browse" button to bring a window you can use to find the file on your computer. Locate the file, click OK, then click Upload and the image will be uploaded. The page may need to be refreshed for it to show the changes, or it could take a couple of minutes to take effect.

If there is already a cover image, and you'd like the add additional images, click the "Add related media" button on the product and follow the instructions on that page.

Hope this helps!

Hi Shirley,

You could try the following:

Press F5 (Refresh) or CtrL + F5.

Your browser may have cached that page. Browsers do this to make sure that pages you visit load up quicker on subsequent visits.

Pressing refresh 'refreshes' the cached files so you will then be served with the newest version of that page and hopefully see the jacket you uploaded.

You can change your Internet Explorer settings to stop this happening:

Tools ¬ Internet Options ¬ General ¬ Browsing History - Settings ¬ Check for newer versions of stored pages ¬ Click the Every time I visit the webpage.

Which ISBN were you trying to add an image to and I'll check it as well?

Adam

...also because it isn't 100% clear the image must be a .jpeg not a .gif
