FAQ - I can not view my bookshelf to edit it

When I take the link to view my bookshelves I can see the photo displayed, but when I select 'edit' to start tagging there is nothing where the photo should be, just a pale blue space.... no photo :-(. I only joined today so am sad I can't edit my shelves yet!
