With Heath sadly no longer amongst us, this is going to be as close as you are going to get to a direct sequel featuring his rendition of the Clown of Mayhem!

Chris Nolan take heed...Read this now! If the franchise goes down this path he will be on a winner!

All Batfans...YOU NEED THIS BOOK!!!

I read in the press today that they plan to retire Bruce Wayne's Batman, I thought they'd done that story/spin-off thread already?

He is dead now. I give it 6 months before he is back alive.

I find American super heroes quite boring. They all seem to be from the same paradigm. Kill 'em all I say.

Great choice for Book of the Day...Even if you are not a big fan of comics and just loved the film, this is a serious addition to your collection.

Apart from the fact that this graphic novel is set firmly in Chris Nolan's Batman universe, what makes it so interesting is that the narrator is one of the Joker's totally disposable henchmen. The story's perspective lurches between the evolving aspirations of the low ranking footsoldier to the viscerial reality of the Joker's world...Insanity and violence.

Do not be expecting too much Batman action...This is the Joker's book through-and-through.

The best supervillian story since The Killing Joke.

Books like "The Joker" raise the bar for the medium.

(don't give up all hope on all American comics Mark, there are some good ones...I promise!)
