I always felt like a bit of a weirdo, due to my OCD and always attempted to stay secluded. My friends urged me to read this book and I could not be more grateful to them for turning me to this miracle! The first order of motion was for me to change my own perspective of my condition. For years, I blame myself, but Jeffrey made me realize it was my disease, not me. Once I changed my outlook on my OCD, the four-step approach to gradually using one's own mind to beat the illness was shockingly effective! I am now a different person! I have my OCD mostly under control, regained the confidence to go out more often and no longer blame myself for the aftermath of the disease, but just follow the procedures in the book. I am a much happier man now!
