This is a good book, and I enjoyed it a lot. I have also read Leake’s blog which is far more informative. Guess you cannot club everything into one book. Nevertheless, it is a great book. The recipes are simple and can be made without any fuss. I initially had some doubts when my wife mentioned that this book has recipes which had whole wheat flour as a key ingredient, but it turned out to be good. I also loved the challenge of eliminating processed food and preservatives.
