    Paul Chek’s “How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy” is a well-written and concise book of wisdom, if one can call it that. The book talks about nutrition, health, and exercises, most of which can be done using a set of steps or a ball. The book also talks about facial exercises based on the principles of Tai Chi, which I found very interesting. I recommend this book to all those who are looking for a book that not only talks about traditional medicinal practices but also includes modern medicine.
