Hal Elrod though his book has been able to put out compelling argument to get up early, at least an hour before regular wake-up time. He, through his book, advice us to spend at least 10 minutes each on the following this during this one hour
· Reading something useful
· Writing a journal or anything else.
Now, these are things which we all know to do but never give any attention. Hal Elrod’s book shows us the way. Even if we spend 5 to 10 minutes on these aspects and spend rest of the time on exercising, we would still have a lot of time on hand to do things we like.
But the book could have been a lot shorter. It tends to repeat itself a quite a few places.
