I liked this book very much. I used to be an early riser, but over the years, started slackening and a few extra winks of sleep ended up prolonging the day, which most often than not used to be dreary and dull. This book has given me a good kick in the back, and I am ready to become my old self again.
The only thing that I cannot understand is this 95% fetish. Now and then, Hal Elrod drops these figures but does not reveal from where he got these numbers. If the intention was to motivate the people by dishing out outlandish statistics, then I think he should have used some eye-popping number like 96.8, 97.3, etc.
Other than this, the book is a good read.
